We want you to be in love with your purchase! We hope you love all the items you receive, but there may be times when you will need to return an item(s) purchased from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item(s).
Returns Policy Conditions
• You can return any item purchased on porrer.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any Porrer.com hangtags, attached.
• All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date.
We regret that we are unable to accept the return of the following items various reasons
• Cosmetics and fragrances.
• Hair accessories
• Earrings and Jewellry
• Underwear and undergarments
• Pre-ordered items
• Sale Items
To obtain a refund please contact us using contact form located at Contact-US page including your order number or send us an Email email@example.com prior to sending the item(s) back to us and wait for our reply with the instructions.
A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Return Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Refunds and Processing
• Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
• No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used/damaged condition or without the original tags, and packaging.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Recommendations for you
Please use a traceable delivery method for all returns and insure your delivery for safe return to our warehouse so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
